10 Commandments
1.) Call every new lead inquiry within 5 minutes.
2.) Accomplish your daily To Do’s. DAILY!
3.) All leads should have a relevant Listing Alert set up, from day one, no
exception.
4.) All leads should have a “follow up reminder” “To do” set at ALL times, no
exceptions.
5.) Your work day is to be scheduled with a minimum of 1 hour devoted to
prospecting. EVERY work day. Nothing is more important than NEW business.
6.) Be prepared for lead day. Clear your schedule and get to the leads as quickly
as possible. Leave your computer and mls open so you can speak knowledgably.
7.) Dial in the pond at least 3 hours per week.
8.) Find a vacant listing in a high traffic area and make sure you do 2 open
houses a month. Minimum.
9.) Get with your team leader on a weekly basis to look at your performance
and area’s of improvement. We can ALL improve.
10.) KEEP UP and stay consistent and persistent. Consistent with what you say
and DO. Scripts and schedule!
