TEAM EXPECATIONS




                   1.)  Work your sphere of influence action plan.

                   2.)  One pending home within 90 days of going live with

                          leads.

                   3.)  After 6 months on the team you must be on track to

                          close a minimum of 10 sales a year.

                   4.)  2 open houses per month.  Sit vacant properties while

                          you work!

                   5.)  Complete your daily boomtown To Do’s, DAILY.

                   6.)  Complete your dialer hours weekly.
