LAWS OF THE DIALER.
- Be sure your logged into Mojo using YOUR login credentials:
Username: your company email address.
PW: Southwestfloridaregroup
- Make sure the parameters/setting are applied according to team rules. SAVE A
PROFILE.

- Make sure you are dialing from your phone number! First calling setting is:
The Caller ID displayed while you call will be
Your number here!
- Most importantly make A LOT of notes during your call session. On a pad of paper or typed into a
word document.
-Once dialing session is finished Log In to the respective POND account and find each lead you made
notes for and place the notes into boomtown.
Login credentials are on your SWFLREGROUP dashboard in Google Sheets.
This would also be the time you transfer any good leads you procured from the pond to your dashboard.
-TRASH the lead in BT if you find out we have bad contact information or they tell you never to call
again.
In Mojo this would be a DNC Number
-ARCHIVE the lead if you find out they already bought a home OR if we should not contact them on a
monthly basis for ANY reason.
Archive the lead in BT and leave plenty of notes as to why. When we clean the data before uploading it into
Mojo for the following month this is very important info to have.
-If the lead is still 6 months+ out before making a move, thank them for there time and ask them to please
continue enjoying the website and let them know we will touch base every so often to see if they need help.
Remember the goal is to top grade our 150 lead database.
DO NOT KEEP LEADS FROM THE POND THAT ARE MORE THAN 6 MONTHS OUT. We have enough of
those in our 150 count that we work on a daily basis!
Sample ending script:
"Thanks for your time today! I know you’re not in a rush so please continue to enjoy the site and we will check
back in periodically"
Mind set: Keep your expectations in check. The goal is to pull 1 SOLID lead a week from the Dialer. If we
stay consistent this will equate to an additional 52 “at bats” a year. This will start to compound and deliver
tremendous results for your business, if your consistent.
