                                          Use it or make it your own.  Just STICK TO IT.



               8:00 am – 9:30 am:  Prospecting for NEW business.  NEW

               business comes first.



               9:30 am – 10:30 am: Devote this time to current clients.

               Gather info, continue to build rapport, write contracts,

               schedule showings etc  etc.


               10:30 am – 3:30 pm: SHOWINGS.  NO showings?  Prospect


               some more, it’s your job after all.


               3:30 pm – 5:30 pm: Circle back your current clients.  Catch up

               on emails and phone calls missed.
